L. 100–89, title II, § 203, Aug. 18, 1987, 101 Stat. 670, which related to restoration of Federal trust relationship between the United States and the tribe, restoration of rights and privileges of the tribe and its members, and eligibility of the tribe and its members for Federal benefits and services, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
