L. 93–531, § 7, Dec. 22, 1974, 88 Stat. 1715, which provided for joint ownership and management of coal, oil, gas and other minerals within or underlying partitioned lands and division between the tribes of proceeds therefrom, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
