§ 9624 - Termination

CHAPTER 103— BETTER UTILIZATION OF INVESTMENTS LEADING TO DEVELOPMENT › SUBCHAPTER II— AUTHORITIES

(a) The authorities provided under this subchapter terminate on December 31, 2031.

(b) The Corporation shall terminate on the date on which the portfolio of the Corporation is liquidated.
