§ 5306 - Definitions

CHAPTER 62— INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL POLICY › SUBCHAPTER I— EXCHANGE RATES AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC POLICY CO­ORDINATION

As used in this subchapter:

(1) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Treasury.

(2) The term “Board” means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
