§ 7545 - Administrative provisions

CHAPTER 70— STRENGTHENING AND IMPROVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS › SUBCHAPTER VI— INDIAN, NATIVE HAWAIIAN, AND ALASKA NATIVE EDUCATION

Not more than 5 percent of funds provided to an award recipient under this part for any fiscal year may be used for administrative purposes.
