§ 6066 - Public schools

CHAPTER 68— NATIONAL EDUCATION REFORM › SUBCHAPTER X— MISCELLANEOUS

Except as provided in section 5890 [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of this title, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize the use of funds under subchapter III of this chapter to directly or indirectly benefit any school other than a public school.
