§ 4535 - Regulations

CHAPTER 29— UNITED STATES–MEXICO–CANADA AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION › SUBCHAPTER II— CUSTOMS PROVISIONS

(a) The Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this title [Fn: See References in Text note below.] and the amendments made by this title (except as provided by subsection (b)).

(b) The Secretary of Labor shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the labor value content determination under section 4532 of this title.
