§ 1643 - Application of customs reorganization act

CHAPTER 4— TARIFF ACT OF 1930

The rights, privileges, powers, and duties vested in or imposed upon the Secretary of the Treasury by this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of subdivision (a) of section 2073 of this title.
