§ 7931 - Respect for treaties and rights

CHAPTER 98— SPORTSMEN’S ACCESS TO FEDERAL LAND › SUBCHAPTER III— MISCELLANEOUS

Nothing in this title [Fn: See References in Text note below.] or the amendments made by this title—

(1) affects or modifies any treaty or other right of any federally recognized Indian Tribe; or

(2) modifies any provision of Federal law relating to migratory birds or to endangered or threatened species.
