§ 760–7 - Establishment of fish hatchery in West Virginia

CHAPTER 9A— PRESERVATION OF FISHERY RESOURCES

The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to establish, construct, equip, operate, and maintain a new fish hatchery in the State of West Virginia.
