§ 565a - Cooperation by Secretary of Agriculture with Territories

CHAPTER 3— FORESTS; FOREST SERVICE; REFORESTATION; MANAGEMENT › SUBCHAPTER I— GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized to cooperate with the Territories of the United States on the same terms and conditions as with States under sections 564 and 565 [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of this title.
