§ 460zzz–5 - Management plan

CHAPTER 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › SUBCHAPTER CXXXVII— DOMINGUEZ-ESCALANTE NATIONAL CONSERVATION AREA

(a) Not later than 3 years after March 30, 2009, the Secretary shall develop a comprehensive management plan for the long-term protection and management of the Conservation Area.

(b) The management plan shall—

(b)(1) describe the appropriate uses and management of the Conservation Area;

(b)(2) be developed with extensive public input;

(b)(3) take into consideration any information developed in studies of the land within the Conservation Area; and

(b)(4) include a comprehensive travel management plan.
