§ 460j - Disposition of proceeds

CHAPTER 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › SUBCHAPTER LXVII— COTTAGE SITE DEVELOPMENTS AND USES IN RESERVOIR AREAS

The proceeds from any sale made under this subchapter shall be covered into the Treasury of the United States as miscellaneous receipts.
