§ 430f–7 - Definitions

CHAPTER 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › SUBCHAPTER LX— NATIONAL MILITARY PARKS

In sections 430f–6 to 430f–12 of this title:

(1) The term “Map” means the map entitled “Park Boundary-Corinth Unit”, numbered 304A/80009, and dated April 2007.

(2) The term “Park” means the Shiloh National Military Park.

(3) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.

(4) The term “Unit” means the Corinth Unit of Shiloh National Military Park established under section 430f–8 of this title.
