§ 410cccc–2 - Authorization of appropriations

CHAPTER 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › SUBCHAPTER LIX–AAA— GOLDEN SPIKE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK

There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums, but not more than $5,422,000, as may be necessary for the acquisition of land and interests in land and for the development of the Golden Spike National Historic Site [Fn: See Change of Name note below.] pursuant to sections 410cccc to 410cccc–2 of this title.
