§ 410eee–1 - Definitions

CHAPTER 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › SUBCHAPTER LIX–CC— ADAMS NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK

As used in this subchapter:

(1) The term “historical park” means the Adams National Historical Park established in section 410eee–2 of this title.

(2) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
