§ 410yy–4 - Cooperation by Federal agencies

CHAPTER 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › SUBCHAPTER LIX–W— KEWEENAW NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK

(a) [Fn: So in original. No subsec. (b) has been enacted.] Any Federal entity conducting or supporting activities directly affecting the park shall—

(a)(1) consult, cooperate, and, to the maximum extent practicable, coordinate its activities with the Secretary and the Commission;

(a)(2) conduct or support such activities in a manner that—

(a)(2)(A) to the maximum extent practicable, is consistent with the standards and criteria established pursuant to the general management plan developed pursuant to section 410yy–5 of this title; and

(a)(2)(B) will not have an adverse effect on the resources of the park; and

(a)(3) provide for full public participation in order to consider the views of all interested parties.
