§ 8901 - Definition of Administrator

CHAPTER 115— PERFLUOROALKYL AND POLYFLUOROALKYL SUBSTANCES AND EMERGING CONTAMINANTS

In this chapter, the term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
