CHAPTER 106— POOL AND SPA SAFETY

This chapter [Fn: See References in Text note below.] is applicable to the United States and its territories, including American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands.
