§ 1847 - Maximum obligation

CHAPTER 45— EMERGENCY LOAN GUARANTEES TO BUSINESS ENTERPRISES

The maximum obligation of the Board under all outstanding loans guaranteed by it shall not exceed at any time $250,000,000.
