§ 4425 - Definition of weapon system component

CHAPTER 327— WEAPON SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND RELATED MATTERS › SUBCHAPTER II— DEVELOPMENT, PROTOTYPING, AND DEPLOYMENT OF WEAPON SYSTEM COMPONENTS OR TECHNOLOGY

In this subchapter, the term “weapon system component” has the meaning given the term “major system component” in section 4401 of this title.
