§ 2348 - Inventories of supplies not to be increased

CHAPTER 138— COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH NATO ALLIES AND OTHER COUNTRIES › SUBCHAPTER I— ACQUISITION AND CROSS-SERVICING AGREEMENTS

Inventories of supplies for elements of the armed forces may not be increased for the purpose of transferring supplies under the authority of this subchapter.
