§ 948c - Persons subject to military commissions

CHAPTER 47A— MILITARY COMMISSIONS › SUBCHAPTER I— GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any alien unprivileged enemy belligerent is subject to trial by military commission as set forth in this chapter.
