§ 641 - Definitions

CHAPTER 1— HOMELAND SECURITY ORGANIZATION › SUBCHAPTER XVII— ANTI-TRAFFICKING TRAINING FOR DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY PERSONNEL

In this subchapter:

(1) The term “Department” means the Department of Homeland Security.

(2) The term “human trafficking” means an act or practice described in paragraph (9) or (10) [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of section 7102 of title 22.

(3) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Homeland Security.
