§ 1976 - Acceptance of donations of animals

CHAPTER 29— CAPITOL POLICE › SUBCHAPTER II— POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The Capitol Police may accept the donation of animals to be used in the canine units of the Capitol Police.

(b) This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2005 and each fiscal year thereafter.
