§ 1813 - Exterior of Capitol
CHAPTER 28— ARCHITECT OF THE CAPITOL › SUBCHAPTER II— GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES
On and after July 7, 1884, it shall be the duty of the Architect to clean and keep in proper order the exterior of the Capitol.
